About that Arctic ice melt

Ed Morrissey at Hot Air asks what happened to ice-free Arctic summers? Last year’s dire predictions of such a boon to navigation by 2013 have been put off by unexpected global cooling for—two or three decades. It almost makes one question the accuracy of climate change models on which trillion dollar consequences for the economy, such as cap-and-trade and other growth busting taxes and regulations, are predicated.
