Who would want to be California’s governor?

Good article about the likely characters in the upcoming California governor’s election in 2010. From The New York Times. When Jerry Brown comes across as potentially the most moderate candidate, things are bad. The Republicans all have serious flaws as far as I am concerned, with Poizner and Whitman least objectionable on the social issues, and Campbell best on the economic ones.
